On your behalf we undertake both voluntary and bailiff attended repossessions. We will change locks and secure the property from unauthorised entry, drain down all water systems and record the service readings. We will also make a full inventory of items remaining on the property and give an indication of its general condition. Our service can be extended to include clearance of the property, remedial work if necessary and future on-going maintenance.
We will investigate matrimonial, commercial and criminal matters on your behalf. Our enquiries are always diligent and thorough.
If you are considering repossessing a property held as security, we are able to furnish full details of the present occupants, their ages and state of health. We will determine if they have any alternative accommodation available. We will report on the condition of the property and whether there are any onerous liabilities.
We can work with you to produce the style of witness statements and RTA Locus Quo reports that you require; from the very basic through to in depth investigations to support a case.
If you are unsure of the validity of a claim we can undertake a discreet investigation which can include extended surveillance to assist in your decision making.
