1) Are they all the same?
2) Which can you trust?
3) Are they suitable?
4) How much will it cost?
Answers to these questions can save you time and money in the long term.
A. No they are not all the same. They can vary from one man bands who SAY they offer a national service to genuine Companies who do have the right people in the right place.
B. Ask them for a formal quote, do all their agents have Professional Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, and have the relevant Credit, Data Protection & CRB checks?
C. You are asking for someone to represent YOU. As with an employee you need to be sure they are creditable and know the correct procedures for the task.
D. Whilst some firms may offer an hourly rate etc others will offer a fixed fee, choose carefully as an hourly rate quote may well produce a bill larger that you expect.
