A successful debt recovery strategy requires detailed knowledge of your customer's present situation. What are the debtor’s assets? What is the debtor’s income and weekly expenditure? Is there indebtedness to others? Are they being paid and, if so, how much are they being paid?

These and other questions are asked when we call upon your customer at home, thus enabling you to devise a specific strategy for recovery.

We visit debtors to determine their present circumstances and gain their co-operation. We obtain details of their financial circumstances, assets, liabilities, income and expenditure and provide a comprehensive report covering their employment and residential status. We will endeavour to obtain firm, realistic repayment proposals.
