Statement Taking
We will attend on your behalf at any location, whether it is a private home, police station or HM Prison, for taking statements or Proofs of Evidence. We can carry out all forms of interviews with potential witnesses to meet your specific requirements.
Accident Plans & Photographs
DAVIS COLEMAN will attend at the scene of an incident or accident, with witnesses if necessary, and provide you with a detailed marked plan with measurements of the scene together with a series of photographs which will clarify the events that took place.
Tracing
By personal visits to the last known address of the witness or defendant we quickly establish the facts of the situation and gain information that leads us to the new address. Our network of offices enables a nationwide base for information gathering.
Outside Clerks: Crown & County Court
Your senior staffs time is valuable. May we represent your firm at Court attending upon Counsel in the matter to be heard and assisting Counsel and your Client? Our staff are mature and knowledgeable and will give you a detailed report of the proceedings.
Means Reports
We will visit defendants and gain their co-operation to obtain details of their present financial circumstances, assets, liabilities, income and expenditure.
Property Repossessions
On your behalf we undertake both voluntary and Bailiff attended repossessions. We will change all locks and secure the property from unauthorised entry, drain down all water systems and record the service readings. We will also make a full inventory of items remaining on the property and give an indication of its general condition. Our service can be extended to include clearance of the property, remedial work if necessary and future ongoing maintenance.
Investigation We will investigate on your behalf matrimonial, commercial and criminal matters. Our enquiries will be diligent and thorough.
