Unlike many franchise opportunities, we do not JUST provide you with a formula and training before sending you off to find your own clients. In addition to a comprehensive training package plus ongoing support, our head office develops and maintains relationships with national accounts, the resulting business being referred to the franchisee for the relevant area.
The cost of a DAVIS COLEMAN franchise will vary according to population of the area. As a guide an area will cost from £5000 plus set up costs.

DAVIS COLEMAN Limited take great care in selecting franchisees. It is not simply enough to apply and to have sufficient financial backing.
During the selection phase you will have the opportunity of gaining first hand experience by visiting a DAVIS COLEMAN field office. We believe in giving you the fullest opportunity of seeing and experiencing our business first hand.
The cost of becoming a DAVIS COLEMAN franchisee (the franchise fee) includes an extensive training programme, ongoing training and assistance, manuals, licences and initial stationery.
In addition to the franchise fee, you will require working capital, a reliable motor vehicle and office equipment - computer system, telephone, answerphone, facsimile machine and mobile telephone.
In return you will receive exclusive rights to trade and market our services within your designated area. You will receive work from many sources. These fall into three main categories - central, inter-agent and local:
- Central - instructions from our existing National Clients. These are usually forwarded via our Operations Centre to your office.
- Inter-Agent - instructions from other DAVIS COLEMAN offices as well as from other enquiry agents around the country. Other agents know who to use!
- Local - work from within your geographical area, from solicitors, insolvency practitioners and local businesses - clients that you obtain from your own marketing efforts.
